Second….you should make this:
Tomato-Lime Salad:
- 2 containers of cherry tomatoes, cut in half (Tip: Try the multi-colored heirloom tomatoes- they make for a prettier salad).
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 3 tablespoons of coarsely chopped fresh oregano
- Juice from 1 lime
- Sea Salt (to taste)
Combine ingredients & enjoy
